• Any damage to institute property, equipment, or facilities will be billed to the responsible student(s).

7. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain a respectful and professional demeanor on campus.
• Ragging, harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will result in disciplinary action, including possible expulsion.
• Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism and cheating, is strictly prohibited and will be subject to severe penalties.
• Use of drugs, alcohol, or any illegal substances on campus is strictly forbidden.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

MIHS is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings on campus. The institute strives to provide a safe learning environment but is not liable for injuries or accidents beyond its reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the educational services explicitly outlined in the enrollment agreement.

10. Force Majeure
